Guidehouse is looking to solve business and technical problems by developing, testing, and implementing functionality within their ServiceNow platform, building integrations, and ensuring the tooling remains relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow Modules ITSM/HRSD/SPM and tools UI builder/Workflow studio
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integrations
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications.
- Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.
- Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.
- Develop business rules, workflows, scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow Designer
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications
- Provide technical documentation including specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles
- Conduct code reviews and promote ServiceNow development best practices
Other
- Bachelor's and 4+ years of equivalent experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
