Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to design, build, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs while leveraging AI capabilities in ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting
- Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Responsibilities
- Write client-side and server-side scripts (for example: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
- Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor
- Customize forms, fields, and UI elements for optimal user experience
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with development and governance standards
- Support upgrades, apply patches, and maintain system health
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Able to work on-site full-time (1 day/week remote after 90 days)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
