Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
- Direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module is must.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
- Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACL, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook, decision tablesrules and Advanced Workflows, JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, Mobile App Builder (MAB)
- Define and enforce platform architectural standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security best practices.
- Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide guidance
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes
