EPAM Georgia is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to oversee applications within their ServiceNow enterprise instances, solve complex issues, test new capabilities, and ensure system compliance through regular upgrades and updates.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including the configuration and maintenance of modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, business rules, SLAs, and notifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with external systems and tools using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Familiarity with development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS, PowerShell, and Shell Commands
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow operations or a similar role
- Experience in managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, standards and guidelines for configuration, customizations, and maintenance
Responsibilities
- Supervise the support queue and ensure prompt responses to incidents
- Conduct tests on new upgrades and features for the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and reliability
- Address and resolve vulnerabilities within the system
- Regularly update plugins, patches, and systems for enhancements
- Develop and implement comprehensive documentation for users and admins, documenting ServiceNow’s best practices, standards and guidelines for configuration, customizations, and maintenance
- Partner with a community of global engineers

- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow operations or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- English B2 and above
