SBC Innovations is looking to maintain and enhance their enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring security, efficiency, and optimal performance across their extensive network of devices by implementing, customizing, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, administering, and configuring ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Desk, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with database design, development, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, Python, or C-Sharp.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow application solutions based on conceptual and functional requirements.
  • Provide ServiceNow platform development, administration, documentation, and technical support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support migration of existing on-premise or web-based solutions to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop user-friendly custom web forms, workflows, and interfaces within ServiceNow.
  • Create test plans, perform unit, system, and integration testing, and support deployment activities.

  • Must meet DOJ residency requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
