Accenture Federal Services is looking to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components to enhance operational efficiency for their client.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 1+ years of experience supporting technical projects
- 1+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations across Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with related out of the box processes
- Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
