Accenture Federal Services is looking to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency, requiring a developer to implement and configure multiple modules and capabilities within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
- ITSM experience
- Custom application development experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
- Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

- An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph
