Requirements
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer Certification
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Ability to design, build, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific requirements and regulations, such as HIPAA
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and external healthcare systems
- Understanding of secure and compliant data exchange across integrated platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on healthcare-specific requirements
- Customize forms, user interface policies, business rules, client scripts, and notifications
- Develop and maintain service catalog items and request workflows for clinical and administrative use cases
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external healthcare systems
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure secure and compliant data exchange across integrated platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and procedures
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Service Now administration experience
- Participation in completing the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
