Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a Federal Program working in Chantilly, VA, to design and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
Requirements
- Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows
- Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, Studio IDE
- Experience with REST API, SOAP API, MID Server, Data Import, Data Export, Transform Maps, Update Sets, ACLs, Security Rules, Notifications
- Experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements leveraging core platform functionalities.
- Configure applications, develop reports, and manage data migration tasks as needed.
- Develop custom features and integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot code to resolve defects.
- Promote code changes through development, testing, and production environments.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project
- Must have an Active U.S. TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting
