Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise service management, and developing ServiceNow expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
- Assisting with solution design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Participating in business process analysis and helping translate client needs into ServiceNow-enabled solutions.
- Documenting technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps in a clear, reusable way.
- Supporting Crowe’s practice growth by contributing to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership efforts.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as meeting notes, tracking action items, and contributing to status reports.
