Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is looking to implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to support client business transformation, enhance and transform client and customer service delivery, and increase the efficient and value delivery by the enterprise IT function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Javascript, familiarity with ServiceNow, understanding of ServiceNow data schema

Responsibilities
- Implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to support client business transformation.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Document and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize software platforms to enhance and transform client and customer service delivery.

- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
