Requirements
- 3+ years of Javascript
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Understanding of ServiceNow data schema
- ServiceNow developer
- ServiceNow modules
Responsibilities
- Implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to drive business transformation for clients
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Leverage software platforms to enhance and transform client/customer service delivery
Other
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
- Strong communicator both oral and written
