The company is looking to solve the problem of integrating and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery and integration solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
- Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
- Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
- Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
- Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state
- Develop ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
- Implement REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations
- Implement ServiceNow CSDM framework
