Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) is looking to solve the problem of maintaining the overall health and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, specifically the GRC/IRM modules, to support government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and developing within the ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules, with particular focus on the Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management components of the IRM module.
  • Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification.
  • Working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework.
  • Solid ITSM, ITIL and / or COBIT understanding.
  • Experience working with some/most of these web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST).
  • Experience with UI actions and automation experience using JavaScript to automate IRM control attestations.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM modules (Service Portal, Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, audit gaps, tickets, workflows, and to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Map policies to controls.
  • Lead efforts to automate repetitive processes in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with the IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners and Attestation Owners to create and execute tests and attestations, and to update control documentation when required.
  • Identify areas to improve audit gaps, productivity, and compliance, including automation opportunities.
  • Support IT operations teams to assess and fix security vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses across IT infrastructure.

Other

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
  • Professionalism with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies.
