Requirements
- In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
- ServiceNow certifications of CAD, CIS, CTA, and ITIL
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Integration Hub and sophisticated use of REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong experience creating Dashboards/Reports - Performance/Platform Analytics
- Experience with developing and defining development principles and guidelines to ensure quality delivery
- Extensive experience with implementing ServiceNow spokes and custom integrations with HR and endpoint management applications
Responsibilities
- Review, development, testing, defect remediation and implementation of application specific development requests
- Partner with platform architecture, product owners, and business partners for technical designs and technical implementation
- Create a collaborative development team environment and guide junior team members
- Provide request review and feedback to product owners including estimated work effort, dependencies and sustainability during prioritization meetings
- Implement solutions that meet the business need, optimizes product capabilities, and deliver a frictionless support experiences for teammates
- Collaborate with analysts and product owners to design and implement solutions
- Ensure best practice in coding standards, integration, extensibility and security
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
- Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
- Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information
- Strong communication skills in presenting solution designs that clearly translating business requirements
