- Proven experience in ServiceNow portal development.
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
- Experience with the Service Portal and Now Experience framework.
- Proficient in responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive and user-friendly ServiceNow portals utilizing the latest UI/UX principles.
- Build and customize widgets using the Service Portal and Now Experience framework.
- Ensure that portals are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple browsers.
- Develop reusable components and maintain clean, modular code in alignment with platform standards.
- Integrate backend workflows and APIs to enhance dynamic portal functionalities.
- Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot any UI-related issues.
- Work closely with platform architects and developers to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
