Accenture Federal Services is looking to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with the implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components to support a Help Desk servicing internal and external agency customers. The goal is to create a seamless, user-friendly portal experience that enhances operational efficiency through workflows and automated processes.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities specifically regarding service portals, widgets, and pages
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent and how these capabilities typically are used with service portals
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or AngularJS
- Integration knowledge connecting service portals to external systems and data sources using REST APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
