Perficient is seeking a visionary ServiceNow Practice Director to lead and grow their national Automation Consulting team, delivering transformative solutions that enhance client experiences and drive business success.
Requirements
- Certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience in designing and developing integrations (such as Workday, Azure, Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Prior expertise as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer with hands-on development, configuration, and advanced capabilities (Workflows, Flow Designer, App Engine, and more)
- Knowledge of AI/ML and their application in Digital Process Automation
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to establish and enforce best practices, code reviews, release management and code migrations, as well as set governance policies to protect data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and update documentation of ServiceNow solutions, adjusting standards as they evolve over time
- Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods and tools
- Lead virtual teams and successfully build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Drive growth through collaboration with sales teams and practice SMEs
- Oversee strategic programs and project delivery, ensuring profitability, account expansion, and customer satisfaction
- Establish processes for the successful execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
