The ServiceNow Security Organization is looking to deliver world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and its customers by leveraging AI for Security Operations Engineering.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems with applied knowledge in automations, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Design and develop AIOps pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from diverse IT systems (logs, metrics, traces, events).
  • Automate incident management and remediation processes using AI/ML and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and associated ML services.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Weights & Biases.

Responsibilities

  • Represent SSO in Security Incidents, Tasks, Issues, questions & Calls related to Security & Privacy
  • Support Penetration Test initialization & follow-up / escalations
  • Coordination & support for security related PRBs
  • End of Life & Patching Program
  • Support Facilitate the successful workflow/triage of security related incidents/tasks by interacting with the various security teams and other ServiceNow teams as needed.
  • Process Acceptable Use Policy Violations
  • Clone Library support

Other

  • Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
  • Graduating December 2026, or later
  • 1 – 6 years of related experience (not to exceed 6 years of experience)
  • Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 preferred
  • Travel requirements not mentioned
