ServiceNow's Security Organization aims to deliver world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and its customers. This role focuses on developing AI-enhanced capabilities within AIOps to improve system health checks, operational AI/ML solutions, and elevate user experiences and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems with applied knowledge in automations, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Design and develop AIOps pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from diverse IT systems (logs, metrics, traces, events).
- Automate incident management and remediation processes using AI/ML and workflow automation tools.
- Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and associated ML services.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Weights & Biases.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside skilled Platform Security Innovation Team on AIOps capabilities to complete routine system health checks.
- Develop operational AI/ML solutions.
- Cultivate innovative ideas.
- Contribute to projects that elevate user experiences and workflow efficiency.
- Design and develop AIOps pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from diverse IT systems (logs, metrics, traces, events).
- Automate incident management and remediation processes using AI/ML and workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational pain points and deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
- Represent SSO in Security Incidents, Tasks, Issues, questions & Calls related to Security & Privacy
- Customer Outreach Communication on Security & escalation handling
- Support Penetration Test initialization & follow-up / escalations
- Coordination & support for security related PRBs
