ServiceNow Security Organization needs to reduce risk and protect the company and customers by migrating sensitive data and workloads to the cloud, becoming the most trusted SaaS provider. The Data Informatics Analytics Intern will help drive impactful business decisions through data analysis and predictive analytics.
Requirements
- Excellent Power BI experience and skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 1-2 years of analytics, data, engineering, and/or data science experience
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge is a must
- Python proficiency is preferred
- Snowflake experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on shifting business needs using SQL, Python, R, and/or Excel
- Create reporting capabilities using PowerBI
- Take a proactive approach to analytics to suggest the next best steps based on initial insights
- Pull/combine various (sometimes disparate) datasets together accurately and efficiently
- Provide compelling data visualizations that drive business leaders towards data-driven decisions
- Regularly present to organization leaders on the insights they uncover
Other
- Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
