ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Senior ITOM Technical Consultant/Developer to help drive the implementation and delivery of end-to-end automated solutions.
Requirements
- Must be able to solution and develop complex Discovery Patterns and Service Maps ServiceNow platform.
- 3+years; ServiceNow development experience in ITOM.
- 5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications.
- Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions using ServiceNow's ITOM platform.
Other
- Must be a US Citizen per contract and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
- Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects
- Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
