Citizant seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to enable and scale enterprise initiatives, streamlining operations, enhancing user experience, and driving measurable improvements in business processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development.
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building.
- Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP (Service Management Platform)
- Expert knowledge of ITSM & DEVOPS
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience with custom development and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.
- Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform.
- Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM.
Other
- Advise on business process and service management best practices.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences—from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials for business users and technical teams.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
