Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Developer to support federal client engagements by maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform in alignment with federal IT standards, security requirements, and client mission objectives.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with development and 1 year of ServiceNow experience
- Demonstrated experience performing ServiceNow system upgrades and migrations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Proficiency in basic ServiceNow scripting and configurations
- Active ServiceNow CSA & CAD Certification required
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP)
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) in a secure environment
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform in support of federal client environments
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations in compliance with change management and governance processes
- Triage, track, and resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests in line with defined SLAs
- Perform light coding/scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows) to customize solutions within compliance standards
- Support audits, security assessments, and federal compliance activities (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP, etc.)
- Develop and maintain platform documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and migration runbooks
- Ensure platform stability, security, and performance monitoring in accordance with government IT policies

- US Citizenship (no dual citizens)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust or security clearance (as required by the client)
- ICAgile or Scrum Certification is required but can be obtained upon hire
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
