CRI Advantage is looking for a forward-thinking ServiceNow Technical Product Manager to lead their ITSM, CSM, FSM, and SecOps product areas. This role will drive the product roadmap, oversee delivery, coach developers, and act as the senior technical point of contact for client engagements, shaping solutions and influencing standards across enterprise-level ServiceNow programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years delivering enterprise implementations across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and/or SecOps.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow technical teams or product areas.
- Strong architecture and integration experience (REST/SOAP/Integration Hub).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least three ServiceNow CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, FSM, SecOps)
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery frameworks for ITSM/CSM/FSM/SecOps.
- Define standards, governance, and reusable assets.
- Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications and workflows.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Oversee and mentor a high-performance team of ServiceNow developers.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and best-practice development standards across projects.
- Translate business needs into actionable stories and technical requirements.

- Partner with Delivery, PMO, and Sales to align technical execution with business goals.
- Lead client discovery sessions, demos, and technical discussions.
