Vertiv is looking to create data models and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions about product improvements and solve complex customer challenges.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience of relational databases and SQL
- Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Basic knowledge in power/electrical engineering; AC and DC power <20kVA circuits, IGBTs, inverters, rectifiers, microprocessor and sensor interfacing, firmware interfacing, DC batteries, connectors/wire- harnesses
- Basic knowledge in large- and small-scale cooling systems
- Python, or other coding and modeling language
- Minitab or other statistical software tools
Responsibilities
- Create reports and analysis for a variety of business departments within service operations
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
- Understand key paths, patterns and customer behaviors leading to desired as well as undesired business outcomes; perform deep data analysis to understand root causes and develop business strategies to solve problem areas

- This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Westerville, OH location.
- Travel up to 5%
