Motorola Solutions is looking to grow its business by creating and enhancing services offerings within the Video and Command Center SW segment. The Services Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the value of these services, driving revenue growth through pricing, packaging, and promotions.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of Services Product Management experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability
Other
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
