The Sr. Data Analyst-Labor at Home Depot will analyze complex datasets to uncover operational insights, predict future outcomes, and provide recommended actions to improve labor and business decisions that drive productivity in US Retail Stores.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL/Big Query SQL, Tableau, and/or similar tools with a demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills and programs.
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to develop and apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve Labor and business decisions that drive productivity in stores.
- Coordinate the design and development of dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of labor clients and business leaders.
- Identify new and different ways of providing business insight with enhanced technical capabilities.
- Provide business insight with enhanced technical capabilities, finding innovative ways to be proactive with industry trends and the needs of the Labor Team.
- Leads analyses of moderate to high complexity for Home Depot's hourly payroll labor model to drive related business decisions and efficiency.
- Determine root cause of problems impacting labor and determine solutions based on analyses and datasets.
- Support existing analytical tools and dashboards for process improvement.
