Requirements
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with common software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and multimedia tools
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with curriculum development
- Experience in eLearning authoring tools/software, learning technologies, mobile learning, or human performance improvement
- Knowledge of SCORM-based eLearning objects
- Experience with development software (such as Storyline, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Create and design training programs, courses, and materials for different learning audiences
- Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, job aids, and videos
- Use multimedia and e-learning authoring tools, and manage content on a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops as needed
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine training requirements
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and other metrics
- Maintain and update existing training materials to keep them current
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a related field like Education, Instructional Design, or a related area
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing innovative learning solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Occasional domestic travel and international is required
