ASRC Federal is looking for a Software Developer to craft solutions where off-the-shelf products may not fully address user needs, streamlining information systems and processes for clients.
Requirements
- May be experienced in AGILE or Waterfall cycles or may be a SCRUM Master.
- Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related or applicable field.
Responsibilities
- Gathers requirements and writes code to craft a solution where an off-the-shelf product may not fully address user needs.
- Designs, develops, and tests software for either internal or external clients.
- Streamlines information systems and processes.
- Plans, coordinates, and supervises processes related to software applications.
- Identifies, assesses, and evaluates moderately complex product/service solutions.
- Coordinates resolution of product/service issues, upgrades, and problems.
Other
- In client environments, the role may require a blend of strong sales, marketing, and technical skills.
- Interacts with management internally or at the customer site to assess major business processes and address product/service needs.
- In external situations there may be strong involvement in the overall sales process, pre-sales through post-sales support.
- Participates in sales (external) or leadership (internal) presentation activities and develops and delivers presentations to user's stakeholder management.
