Deloitte AI & Engineering team is looking to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on clients' success by reimagining and reengineering operations and processes. The Project Delivery Specialist will own the enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform ecosystem to streamline business processes across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in/with power platform, UI Design, and JIRA.
  • 5 + years of experience in/with SharePoint configuration & Development, and Microsoft power automate.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SPFx.
  • Experience with M365 and Azure AD.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Experience with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and secure SharePoint site collections and integrated applications, ensuring optimized content types, libraries, lists, and permissions.
  • Develop and modernize SharePoint functionalities by migrating legacy data and workflows into SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, leveraging calculated fields and custom views for enhanced usability.
  • Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), re-engineer legacy workflows into Power Automate flows, and create custom UX/UI components using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SPFx.
  • Implement governance, backup/recovery, compliance, and security policies across M365 and Azure AD, enforcing role-based access, DLP, and ALM practices throughout Dev/Test/Prod environments.
  • Provide tier-3 support and issue resolution for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, create and update user guides, deliver live training, and mentor junior developers to ensure seamless adoption and smooth operations.
  • Conduct audits, manage storage, enforce naming conventions, and stay compliant with organizational and regulatory standards by performing code reviews, peer testing, performance tuning, and integrating client feedback into solution revisions.

  • Own the enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform ecosystem-guiding strategy, executing migrations, and delivering high-impact forms, apps, and workflows that streamline business processes across multiple departments.
  • Lead and manage resources by overseeing two team members, collaborating with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments, and driving solution delivery based on gathered business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active Public Trust security clearance required.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Previous federal consulting experience.
