Rocket Industrial is looking to solve the problem of optimizing shrink film applications in large-scale industrial environments, particularly in high-volume production environments with automation systems.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise in shrink film applications—particularly in large-scale industrial environments.
- Experience working with shrink film technologies, packaging lines, and end-of-line automation.

- 5–10 years of experience in shrink film applications, preferably in large industrial or manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as Rocket Industrial’s subject matter expert (SME) in shrink film and related automation.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and automation teams to support major industrial accounts with shrink film solutions.
- Lead product line strategy including vendor selection, inventory recommendations, pricing strategy, and application engineering.
- Support on-site evaluations, film trials, and equipment startups at client locations.
- Provide technical guidance on film selection, gauge optimization, and application troubleshooting to maximize performance and reduce costs.
- Train internal teams and customers on shrink film innovations, application best practices, and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for innovation, partnership, and product differentiation.
