CACI-Digital Analysis and Research Cell (DARC) SIGINT analyst focused on Dialed-Number Recognition (DNR/Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) will directly support the intelligence requirements of Special Operations Command, US Northern Command (SOCNORTH) in providing expertise in SIGINT – DNR/DNI analyses and expertise to assist SOCNORTH in day-to-day staff support functions and operations against Counter External State Actors (ESA)/AKA Maligned Sate Actors (MSA), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counter Transnational Criminal Organizations (CTCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in accordance with the National Defense Strategy (NDS).
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.
- Experience working with NSA/CSS, to include the use of NSA/CSS specific tools, understanding of intelligence collection dataflow, and organization policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with specialized SIGINT collection platforms, network analysis tools, and data-mining techniques.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in positions of responsibility within an O-6 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
- Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.
- Certifications: GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Digital network Intelligence Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course.
- Any Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer.
Responsibilities
- Profile targets and their activities with both traditional, non-traditional means and cyberspace to provide “target discovery and development”.
- Evaluate and document a target's network environment, including topologies, communication pathways, and data flow patterns.
- Provide direct support including the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations; and providing exploitation and analytic support in coordination with SOCNORTH and other entities and agencies supporting SOCNORTH requirements.
- Responsible for providing the SIGINT technical expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced SIGINT analysts.
- Identify trends in threat development, performance, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
- Provide digital and analog analysis support, analyzing commercial devices to help determine how the device is functioning or is meant to be functioning, which aids in characterization of the device.
- Provide subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda and coordinates products as required in support of SOCNORTH requirements.

- Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team on a Joint Theater-level staff.
