Marvell's Central Engineering team is seeking a motivated intern to support the development of advanced microelectronic packages for high-speed semiconductor devices.
Requirements
Strong academic foundation in electromagnetics, circuit theory, or semiconductor fundamentals
Prior coursework or project experience in signal integrity, microwave theory, or packaging is a plus
Responsibilities
Supporting EM simulation tasks using tools like Ansys HFSS, SI-Wave, or Cadence Clarity
Assisting in automation efforts using Python for SI/PI analysis workflows
Power plane design, modeling, and analysis using tools like PowerSI and SIwave
Reviewing package layouts and learning tools such as APD or PADS
Exploring packaging technologies including 2.5D/3D integration and simulation techniques
Contributing to documentation and presentation of findings
Other
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
