Prime Time Consulting is looking to solve the problem of providing expert intelligence analysis services to its clients, including defense contractors, industrial and service corporations, and departments and agencies of the U.S. Federal Government, by hiring a Signals Analyst 2 to support their team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors
- Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information
- Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
- Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories
- Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
- Knowledge of data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP
- Experience with SIGINT development and analysis
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interests and develop analytic strategies
- Identify target communications within the global network
- Provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
- Independently perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development
- Provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses
- Ability to identify target communications within the global network
Other
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field
- Ability to work shift work
- Must be able to obtain necessary security clearance
