Micron Technology is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support the infrastructure, system provisioning, internal development platform, and CI/CD pipelines for their custom equipment and engineering teams globally. The role aims to automate toil and provide infrastructure for OS and software distribution.
Requirements
- Familiarity with debuggers, compilers, source control, and networking architectures.
- Familiarity with Cloud Services ( Azure, AWS, GCP )
- Familiarity with Kubernetes clusters
- Familiarity with high availability concepts and architectures
- Passion for automation, toil reduction, and engineer enablement
- Experience with Jenkins or another CI/CD tool
Responsibilities
- Build/Develop/Coordinate solutions with Docker / Kubernetes.
- Linux Administration utilizing automation tools such as Ansible.
- Develop & Debug in Python, Go, C++ as well as other languages.
- Identify reliability and resiliency issues in complex systems and work with developer teams to resolve them.
- Develop relationships with other engineering teams to define developer and system infrastructure roadmaps.
- Respond to incident tickets providing timely resolution for mission critical systems.
- Continuously look for opportunities for both personal, team, and platform improvement.
