ISS STOXX is seeking an Engineer with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) skills to join their Application Management team to support ISS-Stoxx operations, reduce risk, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Experience administering production Linux environments.
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, AWX).
- Practical knowledge of Linux networking, routing, and firewalls.
- Strong Python or Linux scripting.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or other APM tools.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Argo CD, Vault, and other DevOps tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Security teams to tune and maintain security best practices (SecOps).
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and enhance security/efficiency; provide recommendations to Development teams.
- Advance infrastructure-as-code practices by increasing automation and improving IaC processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to design service architecture, documentation, playbooks, policies, and operational procedures.
- Assist in identifying root causes of production issues efficiently.
- Support and execute Disaster Recovery testing exercises.
- Respond to time-critical escalations to meet company goals and service expectations.

- 2+ years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, SRE, DevOps, or a similar technical field.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
