Responsibilities
- Lead TSE & SRE overseeing Business collaboration applications BAU and Projects.
- Supervise the North America team in product support and focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of technical excellence within multiple delivery teams.
- Tasked with enhancing the product and its features and setting design objectives and aligning them with business goals.
- Implement a system involves collaboration across various specialized areas, including programming, networking, hardware deployment, end-user support, and training.
- Execute daily operational tasks and be available for on-call responsibilities while enhancing systems to ensure site reliability and optimal performance.
- Develop user-friendly tools for various user groups to streamline processes, such as automated test result provisioning and data visualization.
Other
- Master's degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Site Reliability Engineer, Solution Architect, Network Design Engineer, or related occupation.
- The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Site Reliability Engineer, Solution Architect, Network Design Engineer, or related occupation.
