Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- 2+ years technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems
- Experience with software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- Knowledge of Azure services
- Experience with cloud computing
- Familiarity with security principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver user-friendly, state-of-the-art Azure services to provide world-class user experiences on Azure
- Work together with the team to ensure service quality, availability, and reliability
- Participate in live-site and customer support to ensure customers using our services have a great experience
- Participate in a regularly scheduled on-call rotation
- Build products that make Azure the go-to cloud for developers
- Support Azure Government Secret and Top-Secret Clouds
- Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more
Other
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
