Kyndryl is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, resiliency, and innovation of their information systems and ecosystems, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service to clients by solving complex business challenges with technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise application solutions, such as Pharmacy, Lab, Electronic Medical Record, Imaging, Medical Device Integrations, Contact Centers, Payer, Claims, Provider cloud-based solutions, or custom cloud applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps), and modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices, middleware).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS solutions, and hybrid architectures.
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, PDX or similar platforms.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Epic, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Dynamics) are highly advantageous.
  • Experience working in healthcare and technology industries, with a strong grasp of healthcare-specific processes, regulations, and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Solve for end-to-end technology solutions, encompassing both off-the-shelf platforms and bespoke development, with consideration for scalability, security, integration, and user experience.
  • Guide technical teams during project delivery phases, providing oversight, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the software development lifecycle SDLC.
  • Maintain deep expertise in leading healthcare payer and provider application platforms (e.g., Pharmacy, Lab, Electronic Medical Record, Imaging, Medical Device Integrations, Contact Centers, Claims, Provider, Sales, cloud-based solutions), emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, automation, analytics), and industry trends.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by collaborating with account executives, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and participating in client presentations and workshops.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure the delivery of excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and professional growth within the team.
  • Drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of enterprise application solutions.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise applications delivery, with a proven track record of successful project leadership in complex environments.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and company initiatives.
  • Ability to lead change management efforts in complex organizations, supporting clients through process and technology transitions.
