Arch is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Summer Intern to help monitor and observe enhancements, manage containerized applications, support CI/CD pipelines, develop automation scripts, and participate in incident response simulations to improve system reliability and reduce manual toil.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Linux systems and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift) required.
- Exposure to Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) required.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or Prometheus preferred.
- Completed coursework or experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps practices strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe enhancements using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Work with OpenShift to manage containerized applications and infrastructure.
- Support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and ArgoCD.
- Develop automation scripts and dashboards to improve system reliability and reduce manual toil.
- Participate in incident response simulations and postmortem analysis to learn best practices in reliability engineering.
- Gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, while collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- Actively completing an undergraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
