Carnival Cruise Line is looking to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of its digital platforms and services by bringing in interns to assist the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team. The goal is to improve system stability and efficiency, ultimately enhancing guest experiences and internal operations.
Requirements
- Interns will be provided with a company-issued laptop and will need reliable internet when working remotely.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on uptime and reliability.
- Assist in automating routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
- Support incident response efforts and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
Other
- Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are preferred for the program.
- Students must be available for the entire duration of the program and willing to work a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and remote work.
- This is a full-time opportunity, with interns working 40 hours per week.

- Coursework or experience in computer science, IT, or systems engineering.
