KBR Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) is seeking a Slide Developer to join a team dedicated to pursuing assisted acquisitions and strategic contracts, combining clear strategic thinking, project management skills, and a passion for compelling and persuasive graphics-oriented communication to support the development of strategic and FEDSIM proposals.
Requirements
- Experience developing oral proposals for FEDSIM and other large (>$200M) opportunities
- Strong project management skills including team facilitation and management of resources and schedules
- Excellent communication/presentation skills including persuasive writing skills
- Superior organization and follow-through skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments
Responsibilities
- Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award
- Collaborate with Capture and Solution Architect team members to fully understand client desires and requirements
- Support development of solutions targeted to deliver against client desires and requirements
- Translate solution concepts into compelling graphics and slides
- Develop proposal content for technical, management, and scenario responses
- Collaborate with authors of other proposal sections to maintain message alignment across all proposal sections and volumes
- Apply FEDSIM-specific oral proposal methodologies and scoring strategies to maximize evaluation outcomes

- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience
- Minimal 0-20% travel requirements

- Strong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime on short notice
- Ability to lead and work together as a team, either in a support role or as a project leader
