ADT's SMB Strategy & Analytics team is looking to uncover customer insights, identify growth opportunities, and improve sales performance by analyzing sales funnel performance, customer behaviors, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages
- Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and their practical business applications
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and support organizational change
- Advanced analytical background and confidence working with data tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales funnel performance, customer behaviors, and operational processes
- Deliver insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Dealer teams
- Explore partnership opportunities with leading SMB vendors
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and support key strategic decisions
- Support business development and cross-functional initiatives with structured analysis
Other
- Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program (e.g., MBA, MSBA, M.S. Analytics) with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence across teams
- Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior leaders across departments
