Siemens is seeking new graduates for its Operations Leadership Development Program to address challenges in manufacturing operations, improve processes, drive sustainability, and implement new technologies within their Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division.

Requirements

  • Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology.
  • Implementing new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations:, measuring performance analytics, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in diverse projects and processes across four rotations (each 6-months in length) at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities – each rotation exposes you to a different facet of our manufacturing operations, develops your foundational skills, and provides you with a deeper understanding of our Electrical Products business.
  • Improving processes, driving sustainability, and finding the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
  • Potential rotation experiences include: + Manufacturing engineering,: managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing operational excellence, and supervising production, fabrication, and assembly lines.
    • Enhancing supply chain operations:, overseeing material management, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, production and demand planning, logistics, and master data stewardship.
    • Implementing new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations:, measuring performance analytics, and systems integration.
    • Coordinating and optimizing workflows and leading and supervising teams.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree: rising graduates (must graduate by December 2025).
  • Available to begin full-time employment in January 2026.
  • A strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through emersion in the manufacturing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
  • Leadership or cross-functional experience through campus clubs/organizations or employment.
