Infosys is seeking a Snowflake Data Engineer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation framework)
- Proficiency in Snowflake (SnowSQL, performance tuning, reporting)
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, query optimization, data transformation)
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Hands-On Development and analysis skills are mandatory
- Knowledge of Java is a plus
Responsibilities
- creating the high-level design artifacts
- deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- lead validation for all types of testing
- support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
- ensure application stability and performance by monitoring existing workflows
- developing re-useable components that can be leveraged and standardized across multiple flows
- producing high and low level technical and solution design and technical specification documents
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of experience in large volumes of Data handling projects
