Betches Media is looking to shape and grow the personal brand of their CEO across various social media platforms, requiring original content that blends intelligence, humor, and cultural relevance.

Requirements

  • A true creator: You concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original content end-to-end.
  • A visual thinker with strong design aesthetic skills, able to translate ideas into scroll-stopping creative.
  • A sharp writer who nails voice, humor, and nuance — especially when writing for a CEO.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social content creation, personal branding, or media.
  • Expert in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; Substack/newsletter experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable producing content independently without templates or shortcuts.
  • Pro-level creator on both Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a comprehensive content and brand strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack).
  • Concept, film, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality original content (photo, video, reels, carousels, captions).
  • Bring a strong design sensibility — crafting visuals and layouts that feel fresh, premium, and aesthetic.
  • Write sharp, engaging copy that captures the CEO’s voice, balancing humor and intelligence.
  • Build smart distribution strategies to grow audience reach, engagement, and influence.
  • Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth and impact.
  • Edit and publish natively in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; leverage in-app tools for scheduling and analytics.

Other

  • Stay ahead of cultural conversations, social trends, and platform shifts — translating them into content that feels fresh, not derivative.
  • Manage her community via audience interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) to foster authentic engagement.
  • Be on-site to capture real-time moments at events, media appearances, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and maximize visibility.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
