Fresh Tape Media is looking to solve the problem of measuring and reporting the performance of their high-volume influencer marketing program
Requirements
- Skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Tubular, CreatorIQ, or similar tools
- A clear understanding of social media KPIs, influencer engagement benchmarks, and performance modeling
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Airtable
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, social data, or media measurement
- Experience with data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze influencer campaign data to uncover performance trends, audience behaviors, and content insights
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance summaries across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling client-facing reports that connect numbers to narratives
- Support creative testing efforts and contribute to ongoing campaign optimization
- Proactively identify gaps in reporting or areas where new data could drive better decision-making
- Partner with strategy and creative teams to translate findings into actionable concepts, test hypotheses, and surface new ideas
- Manage Data Coordinator to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate for reporting purposes

- 3–6 years in a marketing analytics, social data, or media measurement role
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A self-starter mentality with pride in your work
- Genuine interest in influencer marketing and creator culture
