Quadcode is building a next-generation AI-powered IDE and needs to grow awareness and build a strong community around it within the developer and AI communities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as an SMM (preferably in IT or AI projects).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and viral content mechanics.
- Experience with video creation/editing (YouTube shorts, TikTok-style content, product demos).
- Passion for technology, AI, and developer tools.
- Ability to work independently, generate creative ideas, and execute them fast.
- Previous experience managing communities on Reddit/Discord is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and viral video content showcasing the software (short-form and long-form).
- Manage and grow presence on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other social platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns and memes that resonate with developers and AI enthusiasts.
- Actively engage with communities, answer questions, and drive discussions.
- Track performance of posts and campaigns, optimize for reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate new features and updates.
