Universal Beauty Products, Inc. is looking to manage and grow its social media presence across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with paid digital campaigns
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually compelling social media content
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely posting and consistency in messaging
- Monitor social media engagement, responding to comments, messages and maintaining a positive online presence
- Collect, analyze, and interpret social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, returns, etc)
- Use insights to optimize posting times, and campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
- Monitor brand trends and competitors' performance to identify and improve content strategies and increase social media performance
- Analyze data results from digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta, etc, to help align brand goals
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
